Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Invertirec S.A.S. uses cookies and similar technologies on invertirec.com. It is aligned with Ecuador's Personal Data Protection Act and with Google Consent Mode v2, applicable since 2024 to those of us who run Google Ads and Google Analytics campaigns.
1. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves in your browser to remember information about your visit. Some cookies are technical and necessary; others help us understand how the site is used or show you relevant advertising.
2. Types of cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies: essential for navigation and for pages to work, such as the ones that keep you logged in. Functional cookies: remember your language or region. Analytics cookies: let us count visits and measure how the site is used in an aggregated and anonymous way. Advertising and marketing cookies: let us show you relevant ads, measure conversions and cap how often you see an ad.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
We implement Google Consent Mode v2 in its advanced version. This means that until you explicitly accept, the parameters ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage remain denied. When you save your preferences we send Google a consent signal (granted or denied) for each category and only then do the corresponding Google Ads and Google Analytics cookies activate.
4. Advertising data redaction
We also enable Google's ads_data_redaction and url_passthrough so that, while consent does not exist, no advertising identifiers are sent and URL information is not used for measurement purposes.
5. Your choices
On your first visit you'll see a banner where you can accept all cookies, reject them all or configure preferences by category. You can change your decision at any time from the 'Cookie settings' link in the footer or by deleting cookies in your browser, in which case we'll ask again.
6. Third-party cookies
When you enable marketing cookies we may set cookies from Google Ads (googleadservices.com and googlesyndication.com domains) and Google Analytics 4 (google-analytics.com). These third parties process data as independent controllers in some cases; we recommend reviewing their policies too.
7. Retention
Necessary cookies are deleted when you close the session or after a few hours. Analytics and advertising cookies may be kept for up to twenty-four months depending on the provider.
8. More information
If you have questions about cookies or about Consent Mode v2, write to us at privacidad@invertirec.com. This policy complements our Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
